You've shown up for everyone. Now it's your turn.

For twenty years I watched people hold it together. Then I realized I was one of them.

You did the thing. You took the path that wasn't obvious, you built something real, and from the outside it looks like you have it handled. You're also tired of asking "what am I supposed to do?" and calling that a plan.

I coach women who are done performing competence for rooms that were never built for them. Not so you tear it all down. So you finally ask what you actually want, and trust the answer.

Gabriela Holt

The Coach Who Runs Toward the Storm

I’m Gabriela Holt. Self-leadership coach, breast cancer survivor, domestic violence survivor, former school counselor, and living proof that starting over doesn’t mean starting from scratch.

I spent 20 years helping other people navigate change while becoming very good at performing my way through my own life.

Then life got loud. I left an abusive relationship. Survived breast cancer. Walked away from a career I’d spent decades building. Moved across the country. Started a business.

And somewhere in all that upheaval, I stopped asking, “What am I supposed to do?” and started asking, “What do I actually want?”

That question changed everything.

Today, I help people find their own answer.

I bring a Master’s in Educational Counseling, ICF PCC certification, Gallup CliftonStrengths certification, and two decades of experience supporting people through change.

But I also bring the lived experience of having to rebuild trust in my own voice when life looked nothing like the plan.

That’s what I coach. Not from a pedestal. From the floor, where the real work happens.

Self-leadership coaching meets you where life actually is — the storms, the stuck places, and everything in between.

WHAT WE CAN WORK ON TOGETHER

✓ The promotion you're afraid to ask for
✓ The relationship that feels like settling
✓ The grief that's living in your body
✓ The courage to have the hard conversation
✓ The ceiling fan you can't replace because your dad gave it to you
✓ The inner dialogue that won't let you rest
✓ The boundary you've been rehearsing for months
✓ The dream that feels too big to say out loud
✓ The medication you're not taking consistently
✓ The thing you've been calling "not a big deal" that's actually crushing you

Whatever is taking up the most space in your life right now — that's where we start.

You don’t have to organize it, make it sound important, or know what you want to do about it yet. Bring the messy middle. Together, we’ll get curious, uncover what matters, and figure out what’s yours to do next.

If you flinched at one of those lines, that's the one we'd start with.

I partner with organizations that want more

than another leadership training employees

forget by Monday.

Through strengths-based coaching, workshops, and speaking, I help people understand how they lead, communicate, and show up, so they can bring more of their strengths to the work that matters.

1. Clarity Call | Free

A 20-minute conversation to talk about where you are, what feels stuck, and what you want to be different. We’ll explore whether coaching together makes sense.

2. Choose Your Support

Start with one 60-minute session at $200. Most people continue with ongoing 1:1 coaching because the work compounds. If you know you're in it, packages bring the per-session rate down:

  • 4 sessions $720 (save $80, $180/session)

  • 8 sessions $1360 (save $240, $170/session)

Most people start with four. Either way, the first session stands on its own.

3. Bring Your Real Life

Relationships. Leadership. Confidence. Career. Boundaries.

The decision you keep circling. You bring what’s taking up space. We get clear on what you can control and turn insight into intentional action.

4. Keep Moving Forward

There’s no prescribed finish line. You may come for one decision, stay for a season of change, or return when another storm rolls in. The goal isn't to need coaching forever. It's to strengthen your ability to lead yourself through whatever comes next.

What It Really Looks Like

He came to me about self-doubt.

What we actually worked on was everything.

Heading 2

He was a Fortune 15 operations leader by day, college student by night — a husband, a girl dad, a homeowner with a leaking roof and an insurance deadline. And underneath all of it: a high school dropout who wasn't sure he deserved any of it.

We talked about a
ceiling fan he couldn't bring himself to replace — because his father had given it to them as a wedding gift, and grief doesn't ask permission. We talked about having courageous conversations with his wife that turned "I'm failing as a husband" into "I'm actually really good at this." We talked about his daughters, their mom, puberty, and a mental health crisis that terrified him. We talked about running a half marathon, missing a withdrawal deadline, and earning a promotion — all in the same season.

We talked about taking his medication. About what comes next. About
whether he deserves to be proud of himself.

He does. And so do you.

That's a season of coaching. Not a breakthrough or a defining moment. A season.

Golden Bokeh Lights

Let's figure out if this is your golden hour.

One conversation. No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest look at where you are, where you want to go, and whether coaching together is the right next step.

🦬 Grab your spot on the calendar.

If you've built something you're scared to change, bring that. It's the reason to have the conversation, not a reason to postpone it.
